Packta — Booked Solid.

More appointments kept, in the schedule you already have — without another złoty spent on ads.

You're not short of enquiries — clients call and message you anyway. They get lost later: the phone that rang while the front desk was busy, the callback three days late to a contact already gone cold, the cancellation nobody followed up on.

booked appointments never happened

Measured: a three-salon chain, 90 days, from its own booking-system reports. Not from studies, not from industry averages — from one specific schedule.

Nothing that reaches you gets lost on the way.

A missed call, a message from a client, a cancellation in your schedule — it all lands on one list your front desk works from. Nothing gets overlooked, answered too late or put off until tomorrow.

Three moments between the phone call and the chair

The missed call

A missed call is still a client — for a few more minutes.

Without Packta

The number ends up on a sticky note or nowhere, and the client calls the next salon on Google.

With Packta

During your salon's opening hours a reply goes out automatically, and your front desk gets a callback in before the contact goes cold.

The YES / NO confirmation

YES = tomorrow's schedule is certain. NO = a gap spotted while there's still time.

YES

A YES means peace of mind: tomorrow's schedule is certain, and your front desk didn't make a single call.

NO

A NO the day before isn't a loss — it's time. The gap surfaces before it exists, and your front desk has twenty-four hours to fill it from the waiting list. Without Packta you find out tomorrow at 2:30 pm — looking at an empty chair.

The lost appointment comes back

She didn't show, or cancelled too late. Packta follows up.

A cancellation you hear about a day ahead is a gap that still has time to fill. A cancellation on the day is an empty chair.

With Packta

Every appointment that returns to the schedule is the full value of that appointment back in the till. Without Packta nobody follows up on it — and that money is lost every month, systematically.

No reply

Packta doesn't give up after one message — and doesn't spam either. Three attempts at most, then it stops. The client is left in peace; you know nobody gave up too soon.

We start by connecting the phone, messages and your schedule — the things you already use. A web form, Instagram and Facebook, email and WhatsApp come later, in the order your own measurement sets, not our plan.

Nobody has to remember any of it.

Your front desk sees one thing: “To do now”. Messages, watching the clock and remembering on everyone's behalf are Packta's job — in Polish, set up together with your front desk, not dumped on them. A person does only what an automation can't: calls back before the contact goes cold — and has time for the client standing in front of them.

What disappears from your day

Checking whether the front desk called back. Going through the evening's cancellations in the schedule. Remembering on everyone's behalf — in one salon or in three. What's left is visibility: you can see nothing slipped, without standing over the front desk.

What disappears from your front desk's day

The sticky note with a number nobody remembers. The “are you definitely coming?” call to every client on tomorrow's schedule. The notebook where cancelled appointments wait until someone has a spare moment. What's left is one list — and a moment for the client at the counter.

You keep control

Packta doesn't take over your front desk and doesn't replace anyone. The process stays yours — we just hold it so nothing slips, and show you the numbers. You grow on your own terms, not someone else's.

What's on your side, and what's on ours

On your side

  • One hour to hand over access to the schedule and the inbox.
  • One person who calls back when Packta asks.
  • One online session with your front desk — an hour, no more.
  • Fifteen minutes a week to go through the numbers.

On our side

  • A week of measurement on your data, before anything is switched on.
  • The core is the same for everyone. We configure it for your salon: what goes out, to whom, and when. Which channels come first is set by your own measurement — not our plan.
  • Your numbers live — from the same data your front desk works from, current at any moment. Not a report that arrives on Monday.
  • Once a week we go through them together — every one can be checked against your calendar.
  • A daily rhythm and a call script built around your offer — we walk your front desk through them live, we don't send instructions to read.
  • Messages that look like they came from you — your salon's name and a human tone, not an automation.
  • Everything in between — including fixing whatever doesn't work the way we wanted.

Move the sliders to your own numbers. We'll measure the real scale at your place in the first week.

If you don't know — that's the first thing we count at your place when we start.

Measured

At the three-salon chain we measured, 20% of booked appointments never happened — 90 days, from its booking-system reports. If you know your own number, enter it.

Assumption, to be measured

Measured at your place in the first week of working together. Until then we count conservatively.

This is what your schedule loses each month:

≈ 0 appointments

≈ 0 PLN

Amounts include VAT, from your own prices. At 23% VAT, net ≈ 0 PLN.

  • from booked appointments that didn't happen measured0
  • from missed calls assumption0
  • goes through your schedule each month0 PLN

If they all came back, that would be a quarter more appointments kept — from the traffic you already have.

How many will come back? We don't guess. We measure it live, week by week — you get your own number, not our promise. And we carry the risk of the unknown: for the first 90 days you can walk away at any time. After that, it runs month to month, on one month's notice.

You'll have your first number of your own — how many appointments came back, and from where — after the first full week of operation. After that you see it continuously.

Let's check these numbers on your data — not on an example.

Book a call about your numbers

We don't count leads. We count appointments kept.

We're not another agency counting leads. We produce appointments kept — from the clients you already have. An agency's job ends when the client calls. That's where Packta starts.

Who this is for, and who it isn't

This is for you,

if the schedule is your main source of revenue and there are still holes in it; if you make the decision yourself; if you have no appetite for changing the tools you work with — and if there's someone who will call back within five minutes when Packta asks.

This isn't for you,

if your schedule is full and clients are waiting for a slot — more appointments kept has nowhere to go (then we talk about something else: measurement). If nobody can call back within five minutes — Packta will know who's missing and do nothing about it. And if less than ~100,000 PLN a month, including VAT, goes through your schedule — our subscription eats too much of your return.

There are two scenarios.

Either the numbers go up — more appointments kept, counted every week on your data — and you stay, because it shows. Or they don't — and for the first 90 days you can leave at any moment; your schedule and your number stay as they were, and the measurement you paid for stays yours: a map of the leak you can base every next decision on, with us or without us.

The only scenario where you really lose is the one where you change nothing — and go on giving away appointments every month that nobody comes back for.

Andrzej Kutysz

Who's behind this

Andrzej Kutysz. The call you book below is with me. Our work with a group of three salons started with exactly this kind of call. Your front desk learns the system from me. Before we switch anything on, we measure where things stand today and tell you plainly what that measurement doesn't cover. Three months after launch, I'll still pick up the phone just as I did in week one.

A lead is a promise. An appointment kept is a promise honoured. Packta looks after the second one.

More appointments kept isn't the goal — it's the condition. The goal is your own: a second salon, your first free weekend in years, a schedule that doesn't need you on the phone.

Packta promises none of those goals. It does the thing without which none of them is possible.

A conversation about your numbers — 45 minutes, online

No presentation. I ask about three things:

  1. How many appointments take place at your salon each month, and what one is worth on average.
  2. How quickly a freed-up slot fills, and how many people are waiting.
  3. Who at your place can drop what they're doing and call back within five minutes.

If the numbers are boring — we end at the conversation and you lose nothing. If they aren't — I'll tell you what a week of measurement at your place would look like.

Short and plain

What is Packta?
Packta is a service for beauty salons, aesthetic-medicine clinics and other businesses that run on a schedule — it makes sure booked appointments actually happen. It catches missed phone calls, sends appointment confirmations the day before, and chases up appointments that fell through. It is run by Akceleraite, a company from Gdańsk, Poland.
Who is Packta for?
For owners of businesses with at least 100,000 PLN a month, including VAT, going through the schedule and free slots still in it. It is not for companies with a full schedule, nor for ones where nobody can call a client back within five minutes.
Does Packta require changing the booking system?
No. Packta works on the booking system, calendar and phone number the salon already uses. The salon's phone number does not change.
How much does Packta cost?
The price is fixed for the length of the contract and depends only on how much goes through your schedule — not on what we find at your place. It isn't on the site because we don't know your two numbers yet: how many appointments you have a month, and what one is worth on average. We give it to you on the first call, together with an estimate of how much you're losing today.
